I wanted to write this testimonial to tell everyone to call SJ. [Sarah Morris] She is wonderful. I never thought I would be able to put the pieces of my life back together again after my two children were taken from me by their father and used as weapons against me just so he could get more money and punish me for leaving.

She took every aspect on my life and told me she would place me in her big hands and fix me. The is exactly what she did.

She has got lots of good ideas and knows exactly how you feel so you can relax and listen to her soothing words and plans for you.

She made me laugh so much which I never thought I would be able to do again. She makes you feel good is all I can say.

Thank you so much for what you did for me and my family SJ. Everything you said to do has worked exactly like you said.

You were easy to talk to and really understood what I was going through. You really listened to me and you got it totally.

You helped me to understand what I was feeling and why and then showed me what to do if I got another panic attack and how I can control them so it is not so scary. I dont have them nearly as much and I am the one who says how bad it will be now, not the panic. It is really cool and I am so much better and happier. I can go out and everything.

My husband he said he will keep going back to you and if things with my children change again. Seriously SJ, thanks for all you did because it really worked and it changed my life.

You really have to see this woman. I have seen a lot of therapists and a lot of them can make you feel worse because they do not have a clue what it is like to be in this situation and try to survive family court. It is so cruel. Sarah really knows what she is talking about and explains it in a way that you will be shocked at but will understand.

Because of her help I was able to go into family court and see it with completely different eyes. I was much calmer and I did not lose my nerve or composure. I was more prepared for the outcome of the hearing and could ensure that I did not get poorly afterwards, which is what usually happens even after so long in family court. (8 years now).

I am really incredibly grateful. The follow up service is excellent and I am definitely going to go back to this service again in the future after my next court hearing and possibly before as well.

You are right {about what you said}, but I can live with that now. Thank you so much.

I genuinely think that if I had known about Sarah Morris earlier then it might have been totally different.

I might not have been driven to have looked so mad which is what happened. All the time I knew something was odd but I was so blind to it. (I wish he had beaten me up because if I could see the marks I would have understood what was happening to me. Because he was bashing me in the mind, I didnt see what he was doing so be warned everyone. Just because he does not beat you, does not mean you are not being abused..)

I cant change the past now but I wish there were more services like this available for women like me. I got nothing like this from the [regional domestic abuse team]. They just sent me on courses and then said there was nothing else they could do. Same with the mental health team. Then a charity sent me to Sarah.

Suddenly it all made sense. She made me do homework and everything! The more she told me to do the more I could see it. She sent me to the right places and taught me how to recognise and protect myself. She does a cool hypnosis thing with is amazing. I can still see it so strongly in my mind.

I can now plan what to do next. I feel like I have got more control of my life now and I have a direction which is amazing. I want the whole world to know about covert narcissism now so everyone else can see it.

I am just sad that I did not hear of Sarah 14 years ago when all of my situation started.

I havnt had a fag in 3 weeks. weird cause i don't even miss it. I drink squash on my fag break, which I still call my fag break, ha ha I have a squash with the lads now. It dont bother me and I smoked for years. Getting hipnotised works. Well worth the money. Thanks Sarah Morris Therapy.

This service is excellent. We have all been able to heal in our own way and the group sessions were life changing. We tried CRUISE and all of the wellbeing services but this was what we all needed. Coming to terms with trauma in SWAST

My CORE 10 scores are exactly where she told me they would be after our sessions and I get get out there and go back to work now and I don't feel any real anxiety at all. If I have a 'wobblw' as Sarah calls it, I now know what to do so I do feel like I can manage it.
